Tri-State Sand was formed in 1995 by Brian Gibson. Though we initially began as a materials broker for asphalt production, in 1999, we began brokering anti-strip additives.

Soon after (2005-2006) we began brokering lightweight slag for block production and building/installing liquid anti-strip tanks for customers.

Then, in 2009, we became a trucking company allowed to haul hazardous material. More recently, we began brokering concrete sand and landscaping aggregate.
